About the Role:

Perform high-complexity clinical testing, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to the accuracy and timeliness of diagnostic services.

Qualifications:
  • BS in Clinical Laboratory Science or related field
  • ASCP (or equivalent) MLS certification
  • 1–2 years of lab experience preferred (new grads welcome)
  • Multilingual skills a plus

Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)

  • Minneapolis, MN
  • Full-Time
  • Varies (Day, Evening, Weekend)
About the Role:

Support moderate-complexity diagnostic testing and assist with routine quality control and specimen processing.

Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in MLT or related field
  • ASCP or AMT certification preferred
  • Strong grasp of testing protocols and LIS usage
  • Multilingual skills a plus

Phlebotomist (Mobile & In-Lab)

  • Minneapolis, MN
  • Full-Time
  • Varies (Day, Evening, Weekend)
About the Role:

Perform venipuncture and specimen collection in diverse settings including homes, clinics, and senior care facilities.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certified phlebotomy training (preferred)
  • 6+ months experience preferred
  • Driver's license & reliable vehicle for mobile positions
  • Multilingual skills a plus
